Respect for the work of the heirs of Panadería Pallares, one of the most emblematic and traditional establishments in Sarria, a legacy of previous generations, inspired the passion for preserving and restoring the utensils used since its beginnings in 1876. Photographs, machinery, and a collection of memories were gathered, transporting us to the past and making this space a place full of history.
